'Spirit houses' tour

It was a wonderfully sunny Bangkok day when we went on the Spirit Houses Tour recently. The tour explained the meaning of spirit houses which is derived from Buddhism. Over the course of the tour, we learnt about the many aspects of both Hinduism and Buddhism and it was very fascinating to find out that they are both almost intertwined. We were very thankful to our three SILC guides, namely Jimmy, Aakriti and Manprit for their interesting and nice stories about both Thai and Hindu gods, especially Ganesha, the one without a head.

Everyone on the tour reviewed it favourably and was very happy at such an informative and interesting trip.
