SILC goes Red,White & Blue in honour of Queen Elizabeth II

Our May coffee morning was held at Garden Towers in honour of Queen Elizabeth II's 90th birthday. Jan's apartment was decorated with an impressive blaze of Union Jack flags and bunting whilst all ladies attending dug out the red, white and blue in their wardrobes and also made & decorated some fabulous cakes likewise to make the morning a particularly colourful and happy occasion!

Jane decided that we should test our general knowledge with a very amusing "Queen's Quiz". It was touch and go who the winner was going to be with Lorraine taking the top spot and Debbie, Kate & Dianne hard on her heels!
