Bilingual Bites Vol.2

Following the overwhelming response to our first charity cookbook, Bilingual Bites in 2012, and from increasing pressure from you, our lovely supporters, we have decided to go ahead and create Bilingual Bites Vol.2.

Bilingual Bites was unique in that it showcased SILC Members favourite recipes (those fond memories of home and also the delicious dishes that turn up at our coffee mornings and other SILC events) with the full recipe in English and also translated into Thai - a very useful feature for those of us living the expat life here in Bangkok with our Thai maids cooking for us.

Along with a colour picture so you can see how it should turn out, the recipe book has been a great addition to kitchens both here and also back in our home countries.

So, volume 2 is on its way but to make it as successful as the first we need your help.

Please send in your favourite tried and tested recipe in English, with a colour photograph of the finished dish. The first 100 entries received by the deadline of 30 November 2015 are guaranteed a place in the new book.
